Shipping Policy

Here's what to expect once you place an order.

Processing time

Orders are typically placed with our production and fulfilment partners within 1–3 business days of purchase. During early drops or high-demand launches, processing can take a little longer — we'll always let you know if a delay affects your order.

Delivery times

Most of our pieces ship from our production and fulfilment partners rather than a local warehouse, so delivery windows are longer than a typical same-country retailer. Outerwear (coats) is the exception — we keep it in stock ourselves, so it ships much faster. As a general guide, after processing:

• Standard shipping: 15–25 business days
• Express shipping: 7–15 business days
• In-stock outerwear (coats), within the EU: 3–7 business days

Where an item's estimated delivery differs from these ranges, we'll show it on the product page.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and order weight, before you confirm payment.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our hands.

Customs & import duties

For orders shipped outside the EU, your country may charge import duties or taxes on arrival. These are your responsibility and aren't included in the checkout price, since we can't predict every country's customs charges in advance.

Lost or delayed packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the expected window, contact us at hello@velcarastudio.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.
